Safety Council Meeting

As a reminder, in Bulletin 40-2023, we informed Active Members ACCNJ will host its next?Safety Council Meeting?on?July 21, 2023, at the Association offices, Edison, NJ at 11:30am, at which time we will present our 2022 safety awards and our annual Mike Corbett Memorial Safety Award. Air Quality Alert

In an email alert distributed on June 7, we provided members with information about protecting workers if the outside air quality is harmful. Should poor air quality return, please access this resource to help keep your workers safe.

Education & Workforce Development

Tuition Reimbursement Program

In Bulletin 05-2023, we informed Active Members the ACCNJ Industry Advancement Trust (IAT) has approved the continuation of the Tuition Reimbursement Program for eligible, full-time employees of ACCNJ member firms that contribute to the IAT. The courses selected must be aimed at providing job-related knowledge and skills for construction personnel in either office or field operations. ACCNJ MarketCAST and VideoCAST

As commissioned by ACCNJ, Jeff Otteau and the Otteau Valuation Group has issued the next quarterly report on New Jersey’s construction activity. In Bulletin 44-2023, we distributed MarketCAST for Q1 2023?with data from the first quarter of this year and annual forecasts on construction spending.
