I'd like to say it's good to be back but I've been back less than a week and feel like I have not yet got my head back in the game!?
Morocco (Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains) was amazing and we had the best time - although it was quite eventful on the travel front with arriving at the airport at the wrong time (2hrs early - mum's fault!), taxi driver having a car accident (not with us in the car fortunately), flight delays, getting stuck in the car park for nearly an hour?and getting flown to Bristol instead of Birmingham!!??
Marrakech was such a contrast to the Atlas Mountains!? We ate at some incredible restaurants (thanks to those of you who recommended some) and I'm happy to share tips and links with anyone planning?to visit Morocco, just get in touch.
Huge thanks to my team for covering my clients for me to make sure the support was seamless and to Jules Taylor, our team member and travel agent, who booked it all up for us.
Where we stayed
This is where we stayed in the Atlas Mountains, a remote 4* resort only 40 mins from the airport (view from our balcony).
Isn't that view incredible? I felt a bit like we were in the Truman Show, it seemed too beautiful to be real!
