The Accidental Symmetry (Or So the Marketing Experts Say)

The Accidental Symmetry (Or So the Marketing Experts Say)

I’d love to pretend I planned it this way—ten days, ten newsletters, and (drumroll, please) 1,000 subscribers—but if I’m being honest, I’ve simply stumbled into this perfect marketing “alignment.”

Nonetheless, the experts say symmetry and catchy milestones are good for business, so let’s embrace it and roll with the 10/10/1000 flair!

Anyways, this first unexpected sprint felt like a new startup - which all of us founders and leaders know it's sooo addictive :)

So I'm using this opportunity to share these ten items also as a self-reminder exercise.

1. A Milestone Worth Celebrating

Reaching 1,000 subscribers in 10 days is an incredible feeling. Thanks for being part of this journey—whether you joined on Day 1 or jumped in more recently.

2. Celebrate Small Wins

Reaching 1,000 subscribers might be a “small” win on the road to bigger dreams, but it’s a clear sign that consistent effort pays off. Acknowledge your milestones, no matter how small.

3. Iterations Trump Perfection (pun intended)

Perfect is the enemy of progress. Each edition of this newsletter was an iteration—always evolving, adjusting, and learning from your feedback. Embracing imperfection helps us experiment and grow faster.

4. The Power of ‘Failing’ Fast

When you push out ideas quickly and gather immediate feedback, you learn what works (and what doesn’t) much faster. Iterating often can feel messy, but it’s far more productive than waiting for the “perfect moment.”

5. Engaging With Your Tribe

Your feedback shaped these first 10 editions. Keep sharing your thoughts, and let’s build a space where leadership insights flow in every direction.

6. Stay Curious, Stay Connected

We’re only at the beginning. Let’s continue to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and adapt our strategies. Curiosity fuels creativity—and that’s how we’ll keep pushing boundaries.

7. Community Builds Momentum

I’m excited to announce my next focus: Archetype: Community. Because, honestly, a one-way newsletter can only do so much. A thriving community has the power to amplify voices and ideas, creating deeper connections and richer insights.

8. Bringing Voices to Life

We’re also exploring an Archetype: Podcast to continue these conversations in a more personal way. Interviews, guest panels, and real-life leadership stories—all delivered in an easy-to-digest format you can enjoy on the go.

9. Growth Mindset Over Fixed Mindset

Every new direction (like the Community and the Podcast) starts with a growth mindset. Believe that you can learn and adapt, and you’ll see opportunity in every challenge.

10. Thank You for Being Part of This

You—yes, you—are the heart of this community. I can’t wait to share the next chapters with you through Archetype: Community and Archetype: Podcast.

Let’s iterate our way to something truly special. Like You.

I'd love to learn from you what you feel we can do or be, together.
