Accidental Success

Empowering Technology Thoughtleaders through Finest Hiring Solutions
I learnt something from my recent visit to a Waldorf school which I would like to share in this article. During the early years of our formation, if we create a habit of organizing our thoughts in a fashion that we become successful without it being accidental.
Did you know that an average person has over 70,000 thoughts a day? A mind that is engaged in an activity that is either too easy or too tough will have more thoughts. A successful person will always have their thoughts more organised.
On a daily basis if we look at the activities we indulge in and compare it to as breathing in or breathing out. You could also look at it from a point of energy flowing in and energy flowing out. For example, if you read it is breathing in and if you write its breathing out! If you watch YouTube it could be breathing in and If you coach someone its breathing out. Likewise, if you evaluate your day at work and find yourself breathing in too much without breathing out, you could often burn yourself out or have a meltdown! and if you indulge in breathing out much often than breathing in, you would find yourself failing at your job.
Find the right amount of challenge in everything that you, take good control of your emotions, focus on tasks without distraction at a stretch(it could be 20 minutes or two hours) based on the task in hand, do something fun when you take breaks instead of watching YouTube to truly rejuvenate yourself, get focused on the task in hand upon your return with 100% focus and last but not the least create a seamless workflow that is without friction. Walk away from things that you can't control and focus on the things you can!
