SAP S/4HANA 2022 Fully-Activated Appliance System Information

You get access to a system (with the below Installed main products)

• SAP S/4HANA 2023 SP00
• SAP HANA 2.0 Database

Accessing the system

The system can be accessed via client tools on your local PC. Since SAP GUI performance is usually better via access from your local PC, please evaluate if you can use this method as standard access. It requires administrator access on your PC and 5 minutes of effort. Connect to SAP S4H using the information below.

The SAP S/4HANA System can be accessed via below methods

1. SAP GUI/Logon Pad
2. SAP Fiori Launchpad
3. SAP WebGUI

1. SAP Logon/GUI

1.1 SAP GUI/Logon Pad Connection Details

• Application Server:s4hana2023.professorsoft.com
• Instance Number: 00
• System ID: S4H
• Client :100

1.2 Install SAP Logon/GUI

1.2.1 Download and Install SAP Logon from "SAP GUI/SAP Logon".

1.2.2 Extract the SAP GUI.ZIP file and navigate to SAP GUI—> BD_NW_7.0_Presentation_7.70_Comp._1_ — >PRES1—>GUI—>Windows—>Win32 —>SAPGuiSetup.

1.2.3 Follow the onscreen instructions and install by selecting all components of SAP GUI as show in the below screenshot

1.3 How to add system to SAP Logon/GUI

1.3.1 Once It it is installed, Open the SAP Logon from Windows—>Start—>SAP Front End—>SAP Logon

1.3.2 SAP Logon -->Options

Interaction Design -->Control Settings--> Select Edge

1.3.3 Create —> Connection

1.3.4 Select -->User Defined System --> Next

1.3.5 Enter the Connection details as per the table and finish

1.3.6 Connect to the system by double clicking on the added entry.

1.3.7 Input the user ID & Password provided by the Admin

2. SAP FIORI Launchpad Access

Access the Fiori Launchpad of SAP S/4HANA via this URL:https://s4hana2023.professorsoft.com:44300/sap/bc/ui2/flp?sap-client=100&sap-language=EN

2.3 SAP WebGUI

If you can not install the SAP GUI Client software as in Section 1.1 Please use SAP WebGui

In Chrome browser launch the URL https://s4hana2023.professorsoft.com:44300/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=100

• Input the User ID & Password provided by Admin

4. Issues and Resolutions

4.1 You are getting a 'parsing error' like below

Ans: Please ensure that you have installed the SAP GUI as 1.2 Section. SAP S/4HANA neede SAP Logon 750 and above
