In today’s fast-paced environment,? a general rule is how simple it is to make things and how complicated it is to simplify them, and with a platform running with highly intricate systems like ScoutX, people never had so little time to absorb information. Here, we will take a quick look at the hidden intricacies behind some of the accessibility features of ScoutX.
Many products strived for simplicity in a bid to replicate the success of big tech, but most fail because they applied simplicity principles at the surface level, the removal of clutter and the maximization of white space in the UI can help make a product look better and improve its usability, but this type of simplification didn’t give us the rewards were are looking for when building ScoutX.?
To leverage simplicity to maximum effect, we first needed complexity, we searched for uncertainty and novelty—these are the conditions that mostly provide the opportunities for true innovation and disruption. Once we found it, we set up our design and development teams to make it highly adaptable, fast, and dynamic in a quest to simplify that complexity and make it as accessible as possible to our users.
Our userbase consists of four key sections:
The Players: Our young generation audience who preferers a fast, appealing, responsive, and to-the-point user interface. With strong, well-designed social media-like, gamified communication systems under the hood to cement a feeling of progress and achievement.?

The Parents: We made an easy-to-use interface with all the essential convinces a parent would need to make sure his/her child's needs and progress, backed up by accessible contact methods with the coaches and administration.
The Coaches: convenience is the keyword here. For coaches, ease of communication is mandatory as sending schedules and training plans on time and with a press of a button in a fraction of the time it would take to manually communicate instructions and receive feedback. We also have a resume’-like profile for each coach to display his experience and achievements.
The Management: We made it as informative as possible for the administration to review reports and statistics, backed up by solid number-crunching engines under the hood to provide detailed, fast results of the overall progress of their business.
Alongside the plethora of accessibility improvements, we’ve also created a solid documentation platform for ScoutX, along with high-quality descriptive videos as a quick and easy way to explain how the platform works in mere minutes.
Simplicity isn’t just complicated. It’s scary. But we are pushing through it. Because simplicity works, it cuts through the noise. And it helps instantly connect with our audience on a deeper level of convenience and accessibility.
