Accessibility for All

Hello Everyone,

This upcoming late November, I will be meeting with the Pearson Airport Customer Experience Team as part of the rebranding initiative to make the airport more accessible with all guests who have a disability. I will be conducting a walkthrough of Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 to talk about the latest challenges that have been blasted over social media through #AODAFail.

It is extremely important that a voice gets heard and I am willing to do everything I can to notice small details that are missed among accessibility everywhere as part of the #AODA Campaign and this was influenced by the #DeafTalent Movement in the original beginning so I want to provide a voice, even for myself as a deaf person. Which is why in December I will be starting VLOGS that will commemorate the changes.

With part of the rebranding and rebuild for the modern Airport it is best to include how we can make it much more accessible for guests during check in process and their pre-boarding experience based on your experience with guests and your own experience.
