Access to Super-Learning or Super-Healing?

Modern science has shown us that brain works with weak electrical frequencies, and these are measured in cycles per second, known as “hertz”.

When we are awake our brain rhythms are in the “Beta” wave band between 14 to 25 cycles per second. It is here that most of our normal day-to-day living and thinking takes place.

However, when we become stressed, the brain rhythms dramatically speed up and may go as high as 40 cycles per second. This state is termed Gamma.

In Gamma, our reasoning ability and our ability to store information long term is reduced. Gamma brain waves are a frequency pattern of normal brain activity that measures between 25 and 100 Hz, with around 40 Hz being typical in humans.

For example, think of a situation, such as walking into a room full of strangers and being introduced to each person individually. How well are you able to recall their names just five minutes later? Meeting new people is sometimes stressful, and your brain may enter the Gamma State.

The Gamma State elicit the “flight or fight” response . It was a great response for ensuring our survival in the days of the cave man, but is a poor response for functioning healthily in the modern world. The other bad news about this Gamma State is when we are in it, the ageing process is greatly increased!

HyperGamma 100 - 200hz

Frequencies found much weaker in most individuals, however recent research had revealed a higher dominance of Gamma and Hyper Gamma brainwaves in Tibetian monks, especially during Loving Kindness meditations.

Lamda 200+hz

Only recently discovered due to the difficulty in obtaining an accurate EEG reading at these levels. Lamda brainwaves are associated with integration and wholeness, as well as ecstatic states of consciousness.

Epsilson < 0.5hz

As with the Lamda brainwaves, these brainwaves were only recently classified due to the difficulty in the recording of such low brainwave states. Epsilon brainwaves seem to share the same states of consciousness (integration, wholeness, and ecstacy).

What would you do to feel good and get a better night’s sleep???????

Difficulty falling or staying asleep is a common problem. About half of Population report sleep difficulty at least occasionally, according to National Sleep Foundation surveys.

These woes - called insomnia by doctors - have far-reaching effects: a negative impact on concentration, productivity and mood. Most of us don't know much about sleep, not even our own and to make it worst ---- sleep problems have a profound effect on our sleeping and waking life.

Catnap Takes you down into Delta holds you there for 10 mins then brings you back up

Insomnia Takes you way down to 0.05 hz very low delta your body will do the rest

Wake up Feeling Drowsy need to wake up, become more alert.

Sleep Takes you down to 5hz then lets your drop off naturally.

Thank you …It has been postulated that along with the Epsilon waves, there are Lamda waves modulating along with them; essentially an Epsilon wave

with Lamda waves embedded within it. And conversely, Lamda waves are seen as riding upon a larger Epsilon wave. This would explain the strong similarities between Lamda and Epsilon waves.

As noted by Dr. Jeffrey D. Thompson at the Center for Neuroacoustic search :

ALPHA is the state just below Beta, when the brain is awake but relaxed, and is usually induced by closing the eyes and just daydreaming. Alpha rhythms are in the range of 12 Hz down to 8 Hz, and are associated with the right hemisphere of the brain.

THETA is an elusive brain state as it is the state just prior to falling deep asleep. It is between 4 Hz and 8Hz. Theta is a balanced brain state, where, on a PET scan, both hemispheres are shown to be in sync.

It is the window to what has been termed “Superconscious”,.and is a portal for accessing information outside of normal 4th dimensional linear intelligence. As the hertz range is so narrow here, it is normally very difficult to hold this state for any length of time.

The Theta State is very beneficial but elusive. We normally associate this deep state of relaxation with sleep, and when we relax enough to enter Theta we normally dip straight through it and fall asleep.

Thus we normally miss the opportunity to experience the benefits of working in any conscious manner with both halves of the brain working synchronistic ally.

Want to add word or two?

It is here in Theta that amazing relaxation and healing can take place. In computer terms, Theta can also be equated with the process of “defragging”, i.e. sorting out and filing away all the bits of information that clutter mind.

After being in the Theta state, even if only for a short while, the mind seems clearer and you are able to continue with your day in a far more efficient and constructive manner.

Theta is associated with a number of other beneficial activities, including increased creativity, some form of “Super-learning”&Super-healing, increased most interestingly, what is called “integrative experience s”.memory abilities, and, what is called “integrative experiences”.

Your comment ….?

This is a state in which we can make broadly based positive changes in the way we see ourselves, see others, or see a certain life situation."

Theta is also responsible for those “Ah-ha “experiences , where you you suddenly “get it“ or have an insight or great idea. In the

Theta Brain State the left and right halves of the brain seem to co-ordinate and work together and the two halves of the brain mirror each other in electrical activity.

This “Balanced Brain State” is achieved here, and it is here that creative problem solving can take place.

This is where, for example, one plus one can add up to eleven! (1+1=11?), and answer which puts old information back together in a new, creative way and new leaps in understanding and comprehension can take place.

Can you imagine all the possible uses of this amazing brainwave?

For example: much of the research done on spontaneous cures of cancer indicated that almost in all cases, patients experienced a dramatic shift in awareness prior to the appearance of the cure as if they just ‘knew’ that they were going to be healed and felt connected to a source other than themselves.

With the help of this brainwave, the intuitive capacity increases, the ability to ‘see’ and to ‘hear’ outside the boundaries of the physical senses expands, and we can shift our limited perception of reality. Everyone can do it.

We train our brains to awaken a latent ability and direct our senses to believe in unlimited possibilities .

Our lives are essentially created narratives or stories based on the assumptions we carry with us in life. Thus, we use our assumptions to limit our possibilities about where we can go or what we can achieve.

Letting go of all the assumptions we carry about what reality is. Assumptions for example – of who we are. This can be difficult. When we reach adulthood, most of us feel we have a pretty good grasp on our identities and our possibilities. We know what we’re good at, and where we could use improvement. We, in turn, set limits based on these assumptions.

We believe that we see everything with our own eyes, but what are we actually missing?

What could we possibly see by abandoning those limiting factors?

Did you know that what most people believe about life, what they believe about themselves and about the world are completely WRONG? You realize that there are thousands of subtle beliefs and thought patterns in YOUR subconscious mind -- acting up all day and all night, giving you negative emotions and strange reactions you would rather not even think about!? You just simply have to learn how to shift your mind one step at a time
