Access Critical SAP Data Directly in Snowflake

Since I’m new to Precog, I wanted to see behind the curtain a bit more and understand how the service actually works.? It isn’t just calling an API from within Snowflake, Precog is actually migrating API sourced data into the Snowflake environment.? I asked Becky Conning , CPO at Precog, if she could elaborate more on the technology that facilitates this process.? Her response: “Just like Snowflake redefined the cloud computing space, we did the same from the ELT perspective.? Historically this has been a people problem - you solve connectivity by building pipelines in something like python or java, then as the API or data elements change, you modify the pipeline.? What if your pipeline was smart enough to adapt to schema changes, to automatically detect what’s available, and to incrementally load based on the API limits?? As an ex-Snowflake as well as a former customer, I can greatly appreciate a service like this which can accelerate data onboarding.? It is one less piece I need to worry about and will let me focus on my value-add; this could be further transforming data to be shared internally, building reports, leveraging all of the LLMs available in Snowflake for use in my co-pilot tool, building ML models, and the list goes on and on.??
