Back in January, we got our hands on the very first sample of the new Akuvox A08 mullion access reader for a quick preview.

While over at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) last month, we took the opportunity to look at the product to give you more information on the features and functionality of this state-of-the-art mullion access reader.

Primary Gallery enhances security with modern access control

Primary, a Nottingham-based art organisation, recently upgraded its security system to ensure a welcoming and secure environment for staff and visitors. Their previous analogue system needed a refresh, particularly with a focus on accessibility and modern features.

CIE Group, in collaboration with installers Cookson & Son, implemented a new IP-connected door entry system. To address potential vandalism near the city centre, Akuvox X912S vandal-resistant intercoms were chosen for high-traffic areas. These intercoms offer features like HD video, high-quality audio, and multiple access methods (keypad, face recognition, Bluetooth, RFID, QR code).
