Accepting No Limits at 3Q/DEPT

Our 'Cheers for Peers' program is a way to acknowledge all of the amazing work 3Q/DEPTsters are doing day in and day out, and for exemplifying our core values. Congratulations to Jillian, Krista, Maurice, and Noah for their recognition in July!

Shout out to Jillian Cook ! Why? Her enthusiasm for process improvements, celebrating members of her team, and finding new ways to connect is the epitome of #beinclusive. Not to mention, she also does an amazing job with the BLA3Q ERG events and we are so lucky to have her. Thank you for being you, Jillian!

The Talent Acquisition team gets the special opportunity to connect with people outside of 3Q/DEPT, tell them about all the amazing stuff we're doing, and get them excited about joining our team. Sometimes there isn't a role that may be a good fit at the time, but it means so much to job seekers, especially ones early in their career, to learn more about digital marketing and how to set themselves up for success in their job search. Krista Arndt (Roble) is constantly going above and beyond to #actforthegreatergood. We are so lucky to have Krista as a leader on the team!

Maurice Dunn II #ownsit. He constantly goes above and beyond what is asked of him, and he is SO GOOD at what he does. Maurice has been able to juggle multiple projects and producing perfect assets with no edits needed. This almost never happens, but is a testament to how detail oriented and how careful Maurice is with his work.?

Talk about rolling with the punches and #acceptingnolimits. Noah B. gave her first client presentation (of her first script!) despite lots of technical hiccups, including a Zoom outage. She actually gave the presentation three times today—twice to directors, once to client. She stayed cool under pressure, delivered it clearly, and paced herself well. Bravo, Noah!
