Accelerating at Kahua, With Kahua

Last week, 80 of Kahua's team members from across the country (and Canada!) gathered at corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, Ga., for our revenue organization’s 2024 Kick Off. As Kahua’s Chief Revenue Officer Chris Faklaris said, we were meeting to, “celebrate, educate, energize and get to know one another better.”?

We discussed the key differentiators (and there are many!) of our construction project management information system (PMIS) that makes our offering the superior product in the marketplace. We reviewed our sales performance in the past year and how Kahua is changing how projects are run in the world of government, health care, education and commercial industries.

We had guest speakers who told us how to approach sales conversations with authenticity and truth. We had a large retail customer - Floor & Decor - who spoke for nearly an hour on how Kahua has revolutionized the construction process of its company. F&D Senior Real Estate Manager Austin Buege said Kahua has saved inestimable time and money while streamlining its projects.?

Another customer - CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate and investment firm - spoke of how his company did an exhaustive search, reviewing 17 PMIS providers before choosing Kahua several years ago, back when we had only 30 employees and 10 partners. Spence Harber , CBRE’s director of global management platform, said Kahua's flexible platform and ability to integrate with other applications has allowed CBRE to grow with market trends and customers' requirements.?

For teambuilding, we package 20,000 meals to be delivered to hungry families across the globe by Rise Against Hunger. ?

And lastly, we celebrated the efforts of our sales team members who went above and beyond to get our customers the software and support they needed to create the most efficient construction projects possible.?
