Accelerate Your Job Search By Doing More Than Other Candidates

If you want to accelerate your job search, you're not going to do it by continuing to do the same things over and over, hoping for different results.

Do More Of What's Important To Employers -?Employers don't care about other jobs you apply to ... But they do care about how much effort you put into the resume you send them. Examples of doing more include:

  • Heavy resume customization (If you're sending the same resume or a LinkedIn profile, ATSs are designed to screen you out)
  • Finding better employer research information than your competitors (publicly available information gives you no advantage, and most of it's obsolete)
  • Applying to jobs before others (if it's been posted, you're too late)
