The legal field, like several others, continues to evolve and progress with women’s inclusion, but there are still obstacles. Women in the U.S. earn on average 84 cents for every dollar earned by men, and in terms of women who are a minority, the number is shockingly high. The Labor Department of the U.S. puts the figure alarmingly higher.?
