To check out Academized, I went to their website and punched in some basic criteria to start the order process. In typical fashion (for a foreign essay writing service), the order form was too basic and had many (mostly unnecessary) add-on features.??

You can’t pick your writer at Academized. If you want a supposedly native English-speaking writer, you’ll pay more (how much more depends on which option you choose). You should never have to pay more for someone who speaks English. Let’s get that straight right now. Never pay more for a native English-speaking writer!?That should be the base STANDARD that is offered to you.

Academized Writers: They’re 100% Not American!

Despite claims from Academized that they work with native English-speaking writers (like you and me), the proof is tough to find. Aside from one toll-free number for North America, there is NO INFORMATION available about where, exactly, the business operates from...

But what have we here? Location information from 2023 places the Academized offices in Cyprus! How much do you know about life, language, and current events in Cyprus? Yeah, that’s about how much they know about those things in your city or town.

Clearly, they have realized that this information is a liability and have removed it from their current website.

These writers use broken English and do not understand Western culture in the same way you or I do.

On the other hand, Killer Papers works exclusively with a team of USA college-graduate writers (like myself), ensuring that your goals and quality expectations are always met. On the other hand, Killer Papers understands the need for continuous investment and website adaptation, offering a user-friendly platform where you can talk to 4+ writers BEFORE paying.

Students can DM the owner, KP, directly on Instagram with questions about any aspect of the ordering process. We know the essay writing niche can be scary, especially if you’re a first-timer. Because of this, KP is available nearly 24/7 to answer your DMs (I don’t know if he has much of a life outside of working on Killer Papers!)

Academized Review - Writing Quality

The main thing you need to know if you’re considering buying a paper from Academized is that just as you couldn’t write a paper for a Cyprus-based student, a Cyprus-based writer (or Kenyan or another non-native English-speaking writer) will struggle to write yours authentically.?

You can safely assume these services pay the writers as little as $1/hour! Can you imagine the quality they put out for such a low rate? In their defense, who would be motivated by such a small payout? As you know, writing papers isn’t easy!

It’s critical to your success that you read an honest Academized review. You could quickly end up paying well over $100 per page (more on this RIDICULOUS price structure below) to work with someone from a non-English-speaking country who is likely earning around $4/page to write your paper.

Academized Customer Support & Social Media

Academized has practically NO social media! It’s like they don’t even care about establishing a reputation for trust and a desire to engage with their customers. You’re simply a number to them…

Or should I say a dollar sign?

On the other hand, Killer Papers stands out in its consistent social media presence. This promotes a strong community vibe and provides prompt support, primarily since students can directly message the owner, KP, on Instagram. We’ve got 6+ years of reviews going back to early 2017 - just look up Killer Papers on Instagram, and you’ll see for yourself.?

It’s not clear who the owner of Academized is, but they’ve gone to great lengths to stay anonymous, even to the point of hiding the location of their business’ operational hub.

It would be nice to have at least a general understanding of who is in charge, who you’re dealing with when you have an issue, and who the writers really are (not fake profiles!).?

Academized - How Is Their Pricing?

The pricing structure at Academized is CRAZY. Everywhere you turn, there are add-on fees. Want a UK writer? Add 10%. Want a paper on medicine? Add $20. Want a “Top 10” writer? Add 30%.

It just KEEPS ON stacking up!

Killer Papers offers papers at a fraction of that price (about $26 per page), and you are guaranteed an American or Canadian writer!

Over $28/page is high, considering Academized is based in Cyprus. Their foreign writers have most likely never even been on an American college campus!

Academized pushes for add-on features that are definitely unnecessary, but the average student might get overwhelmed seeing all the options and end up picking a few. Well, that’s what Academzied is hoping for, anyway!?

You should NEVER have to pay for a native English-speaking writer. Never! And why, WHY, would they charge you even MORE EXTRA for a writer from the UK?

When you use a foreign essay writing service, you will get a paper written by a foreign writer. It’s really that simple. You couldn’t easily write a paper for a Kenyan college student, and a Kenyan couldn’t easily write your paper, either.??

Academized isn’t the worst essay writing service I’ve ever seen, but they’re not good enough for me to recommend. I can’t tell you to get a paper from an essay service based in Cyprus that uses fake writer profiles, has very few reviews, and basically no social media.

Their prices are only slightly too high (for the bare-bones basics), but even then, you’re getting a paper written by someone whose first language isn’t English!?
