I am absolutely thrilled to share the remarkable experiences from my recent MBA exchange program at the prestigious Vienna University of Economics and Business. This journey has been nothing short of transformative, as it combined academic growth with a deep immersion into the vibrant Austrian culture, "Wiener Schm?h" and the delightful local cuisine!

The academic rigor at Vienna University of Business and Economics was exceptional. Throughout the program, I had the privilege to explore a wide range of subjects and gained invaluable learnings, guided by esteemed professors who left a profound impact on my journey.

?? The "Cross-cultural Competence" module, led by Magdalena Berecki -Pernkopf, MA, proved to be an eye-opening experience. Collaborating with a diverse group of students from various countries significantly enhanced my ability to adapt and thrive in multicultural business environments. Professor Berecki-Pernkopf's insights and guidance deepened my understanding of different cultural dimensions and effective cross-cultural communication.

?? In "Innovation Performance Management," Professors Klaus Marhold , Ph.D., and Sophie Quach , MA, ignited my passion for innovation, measurement of innovations and cutting-edge business practices. The module, enriched with guest speakers from various industries, allowed me to immerse myself in the world of innovation methodologies to foster and measure innovation within organizations. Equipped with these skills, I am ready to drive viable solutions and cultivate a culture of innovation in my future endeavors.

?? The "Strategic Alliances" module, led by Univ.Prof. Dr. Jeffrey J. Reuer and Dr. Sebastian Priestersberger , MSc, provided invaluable frameworks for analyzing strategic partnerships and enhancing collaborative efforts. The insights into successful partnership formations and strategies will undoubtedly play a crucial role in my future role as a business leader, helping me navigate challenges and form and sustain valuable alliances.

?? The modules on "Marketing Management" and "Marketing 360 degrees," facilitated by Assoz.Prof PD Dr. Monika Koller & Dr. Eva Marckhgott , and Prof. Dr. Irena Vida & Assoz. Prof Dr. Mateja Kos Koklic broadened my understanding of marketing from diverse perspectives, including ethics and societal consequences. This deepened understanding empowers me to critically assess marketing efforts and apply my knowledge to new situations effectively. The practical group work component in "Marketing Management" allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, leading to active participation and a deeper understanding of marketing strategies.

?? In "Negotiations and Conflict Management," Assoz.Prof PD Dr. Pascal Güntürkün 's practical approach equipped me with essential negotiation techniques and conflict resolution strategies, preparing me to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

?? Under the guidance of ao.Univ.Prof. Dr. Martina Huemann, the "Project Management and Project Leadership" module provided me with essential skills in project management. Professor Huemann's expertise equipped me with effective tools and methodologies to lead and manage projects efficiently, ensuring successful outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations. This experience has significantly enhanced my organizational and leadership abilities, positioning me as a strong project manager in any professional setting.

?? As part of my MBA exchange, I also had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the German language, guided by Judith B?sch. Beyond enriching my cultural experience, learning German played a pivotal role in my day-to-day conversations and fostered a greater sense of belonging. Beyond the practical benefits, learning German provided me with insights into Austrian customs, traditions, and nuances that are not always evident in English translations.

My Vienna experience was not limited to academic pursuits; it was a delightful fusion of flavors, culture, and history. From iconic dishes like Wiener Schnitzel to mouthwatering Sachertorte and Apfelstrudel, each bite was a symphony of flavors. The cultural treasures, world-class museums, elegant Viennese balls, and the cozy coffee houses offering the perfect retreat to savor Viennese coffee—all added to the allure of this enchanting city.

??? Embracing "Wiener Schm?h" added intrigue and charm to my interactions, teaching me to appreciate the little joys of everyday moments.
