University?

Cleanrooms are rooms that have a controlled level of dust and other contaminants regulated by an air filtration system standard. They are mainly used in healthcare and other environmental sectors conditions could affect the quality of products such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, logistics, microelectronics, and food. Recently, universities and academic institutions have started providing clean rooms to their researchers, students, and industrial partners.

Saakvee is one of the world's leading specialists in academic cleanroom technology. We create multidisciplinary clean rooms for universities and academic institutions by providing facilities for nanoelectronics, optoelectronics, quantum technologies, and biotechnology. We specialize in the design and installation of a wide range of bespoke cleanrooms, including modular, one-piece, hard walls and soft walls that meet the highest international standards.?

Research?

Saakvee is a pioneer in cleanroom technology. Over the past decade, we have become one of the leading brands in the development of high-quality modular cleanrooms for research institutes.

Manufacturing processes in some industries require an environment that is free of contaminants and particles. For example, cleanrooms in research institutes measure airborne contaminants to provide a clean environment where airborne particles are kept to a minimum. A wide range of industries such as bioengineering, electronics technology, nanotechnology, and aerospace also depend on a cleanroom for testing and manufacturing. Our portable cleanrooms for research institutes ensure that your facility eliminates pollutant contamination to meet ISO and European industry standards.

Research Institute?

A research institute cleanroom is an enclosed area in which airborne particles and pollutants are maintained at specific levels. The cleanroom is used to filter polluted air according to certain industries such as pharmaceuticals, e-liquids, healthcare institutions, as well as science and technology. The types of impurities that are kept out of the cleanroom through filtration include airborne microbes, dust, chemical vapors, and aerosol particles, among others. The modular cleanrooms of our research institutes are developed to meet the standards required by the international standardization body.

Research institutes Modular cleanrooms under the ISO standard are differentiated by class 19 classifications. Cleanrooms can vary between different classifications as the size and level of air particles change, cleanrooms that fall into Class 1 are tested for the smallest air pollutant size and lowest frequency, while Class 9 cleanrooms are tested for a wider particle size range and higher frequency.?

Forensic Science?

A forensic clean room is a clean air environment and has the function of preventing the entry of air particles of a certain size. Cleanrooms are demanded by many industries such as food manufacturing, e-liquids, science and technology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare facilities, among others, to minimize pollution from unfiltered air. Particle counters are used to measure particles per cubic meter in modular forensic cleanrooms to determine their classification.

An ISO class 9 cleanroom has a PPCM proportional to atmospheric air but with filtered particles greater than five microns. Here is an example of this standard of proof. The rating is that Class 7 cleanrooms focus on the airborne particle size of 0.5 with a particle count of at most 352,000. If test results show that the clean air space does not meet these requirements, the forensic cleanroom will be adapted and retested to meet the classification standard.???????
