ACA Affordability for 2025

The Internal Revenue Service recently announced in Revenue Procedure 2024-35 the affordability percentage for employer-provided minimum essential coverage for plan years beginning in 2025: 9.02%.

The 2025 affordability percentage of 9.02% is higher than the 2024 percentage of 8.39%. Applicable Large Employers should calculate their employee monthly contributions for the upcoming plan year accordingly.
