November is always one of the busier months here at The Forum as we host our Autumn Community Conference both face-to-face and virtually. It has been fantastic to see the participation across the community with over 200 delegates at the face-to-face Conference on Wed 9th November at Chesford Grange Hotel near Coventry and over 670 booked on to last week’s virtual Community Conference.
What makes this fantastic is that all these people have made a commitment to themselves to develop, learn and improve which can only be of benefit to them and to their organisations. We know how busy everyone is in our industry as we catch up with each and every one of our 150+ member organisations every 6 to 8 weeks where possible and there are so many items challenging us at the moment. It is so easy to get caught in the treadmill of sleep/do/repeat and forget the review and improve behaviours that are so important to us as individuals, our teams and our organisations when we are at our busiest.
We at The Forum are here to help make sure that doesn’t happen, so if you missed these events do not worry. All the virtual Conference sessions are available to view on demand and we have one final opportunity in 2022 for you to learn something new with the last running of our 16 virtual Networking Groups over the coming weeks.

Assisted Learning
Our last Assisted Learning Pathways for 2022 will be launching Monday 28th November. 2022 saw over 150 people complete our Learning Pathways in the last 12-months, all achieving Specialist level accreditation, along with the confidence to succeed.
