As the confetti settles and the fireworks fade away, we find ourselves at the start of a new year filled with potential. Armed with determination - and a bit of naivety - our team members share their New Year's resolutions for 2024.

Antoine, our resident strategist, has declared war on the team… His personal goal? To host a chess tournament to determine the person in charge of organising the next team building. Checkmate, colleagues! As for work, he vows to spend more time in training with the team, proving once and for all that chess and corporate strategy go hand in hand.

Adrien, our ever-ambitious learner, sets a grand goal: to absorb twice as much knowledge as in 2023, across all fields. Watch out, quiz masters, Adrien is coming for you! Meanwhile, he's on a mission to ensure that the event experience for the children is not just good, but that it defies the laws of event gravity…

Anouck, our newest team member, aims to outrun her past - metaphorically, of course. She’s determined to run more than she has in the past 6 months. On the professional front, Anouck has set her sights on organising events that would make even the most seasoned party planner green with envy.

Lina, our athletics enthusiast, has devised a diabolical plan to enhance team spirit: a daily core session with colleagues. And for her work resolution, Lina is on a mission to make their activities more inclusive.

Ciara, the laughter advocate, has found a sneaky way to achieve her personal goal: laughter to train her abs. Who needs crunches when you can watch a comedy show? On the work front, Ciara is on a quest to further improve inclusion and bring joy to the hearts of children from all walks of life.

Adil, the cunning escape artist, has a resolution that's all about evading Lina's core sessions. Whether he takes refuge in the meeting room or hides in the coffee shop below, Adil is determined to dodge those planks. On the work front, he's setting his sights on upgrading his video editing skills. Perhaps he can edit a masterpiece documenting his escape from Lina's fitness regime?
