How long until Google Translate For Programming Languages takes over? Here https://elementscompiler.com/elements/silver/ we use Swift to target .NET / Android. Here https://xamarin.com/ we use C# to target iOS, Android. With NodeJS we run Javascript on all environments.
Let's project this to the real world: should I invest in a translator, so I can keep talking Dutch to the middle man? Or should I invest in the English language, so I can have a direct conversation with my English friend?

If you want the ultimate in comprehension, nuance and style I guess you need to invest :-)
