Great advice Jim, however I believe that the most incompetent leader is the one who does not leave micromanagement, even despite having hired high-level personnel, Regards

hi jim I've got a problem in my sistem ,so that I responde you lately, I beg your pardon. As my comment, a leadership does'nt mean to showing off but giving them latitude,and tolesans, but when things go wrong, they must set of guadrails for people to do their best work. thanks very much.
