3 年hi jim I've got a problem in my sistem ,so that I responde you lately, I beg your pardon. As my comment, a leadership does'nt mean to showing off but giving them latitude,and tolesans, but when things go wrong, they must set of guadrails for people to do their best work. thanks very much.
