The high-level technical works was awarded to Spider Access in 2022. During this time, Spider Access undertook a multitude of scopes including silicon application, fa?ade rendering, glass panel installation and over 600 LED lights and electrical cabling. All of which was conducted under very testing conditions via Rope Access.

CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

Spider Access were faced with many access challenges throughout the project, due to the unique architectural designs of the buildings and along with its sister company designed and installed the fa?ade access systems.

During testing and commissioning of the fa?ade, Spider Access needed to ensure every single square inch of the fa?ade was methodically tested ensuring the intricate designs will last long into the future.
