Abirama Kannan

Abirama Kannan Baskar - Hello, everyone! My name is Abiram, and I'm currently serving as a front-end developer at TCS, with two years of enriching experience. But my journey here wasn't a direct path; it's been a winding road of growth, learning, and unexpected opportunities.

Six years ago, I found myself drawn into the world of TQI ("Talent Quest for India"). Back in 2018, I started as a student eager to contribute but uncertain of where this journey would lead. What set me apart, according to my seniors, was my interest in media-related tasks and design.

But just as I was gaining momentum, the challenges of professional commitments struck. Suddenly, balancing academics and extracurricular activities became imperative. For four years, I navigated through this journey, learning to manage time effectively and adapt to new roles and responsibilities.

It wasn't until my final year of college that I truly delved into the realm of design standardization, thanks to TQI. This period marked a pivotal moment for me, as I honed my creativity and expanded my design capabilities.

One cherished memory stands out from my TQI days—a conference event where I actively participated in crafting on-the-spot designs and covering media aspects. It was an unforgettable experience, brimming with collaborative spirit and shared passion.

TQI played a significant role in my journey, providing me with platforms to express myself and grow. One such moment was seeing my first design post on Instagram, representing TQI and sparking a sense of pride and motivation to contribute further.

Through TQI, I've forged bonds with both mentors and peers, creating a supportive community where we uplift and inspire one another. It's through these connections that I've truly shone and found purpose.

In sharing my journey, I hope to inspire others to seize opportunities for personal and professional growth. TQI isn't just about improvement; it's about fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion. It's about recognizing the potential within ourselves and using it to make a difference in the world.

So, to anyone curious about TQI or eager to join, I say this: embrace the journey, for it's not just about where you're going, but who you become along the way. Let's continue to shine bright and illuminate the path for others to follow.

Here's to embracing opportunities, forging connections, and making a difference—because that's what TQI is all about.

Abhiram played an important role in strengthening the media team of TQI by handling the TQI YouTube channel, designing many creative posters, videos and our official brochure
