The moment you open up your newspapers, the first thing you see is some XYZ tech guy just got a million dollar funding and now is an overnight sensation/millionaire. Wonder stuck you question yourself whether you too can get rich following the same foot steps but then you gander at your degree realizing that programing and technicals is completely Hebrew for you.

These days, its more like a vogue or a fad to start a tech business, get a good funding and become a millionaire but then the sad part is that people are not able to see ahead of it. They forget that it’s not just the owners of Amazon or Microsoft who are rich, but also the owners of Berkshire Hathway, Zara and Wall-mart!

So, coming back to the question, how can one get rich without making a tech startup. Here are few suggestions which can make you rich if done rightly and in a unique manner. Really filthy rich!

1. Becoming a property dealer Real estates are always preferred pick for investments by biggies and they never shy away from loosening up their wallets to grab the best pieces of property. Further more, there are dealers who don’t even own the properties but merely by selling these estates earn millions each year.
2. Become a star salesman in a luxury industry There are a few industries where the best salesmen earn millions in incentives and the best thing is that there is no bar on those incentives. What does that mean? Well the harder you work and richer you get. To name a few industries it could be niche softwares, designer apparels etc
3. Become a Youtuber I know it ain’t so simple as might sound but there are millions of people these days who are coming up with real unique content and making good bucks out there. As and when your channel starts getting regular traffic, you tube starts monetizing and who knows if your channel or just one little idea like the famous ‘Ganganam Style’ gets hit, you may earn millions in just days.
4. Become an Actor/Singer It takes persistence, a Godfather, good lucks and above all, a lot of luck. You must have heard some one demoralizing by so when you said that you want to be an actor or a singer. But, do people realize that famous millionaire actors/singers or even rappers never had the luxury of any of these. Be it Jim Carrey or Jay Z, all had to struggle but they had one thing in common- A lot of talent. So, if you too have a knack of something special like acting and singer, keep trying and who knows one day you get a break and then become rich!
5. Become a Stock Trader/Broker Brokers never loose and it is correct almost 80 % times. If one has good number of active clients who trade, no matter if the clients make money or loose, broker is always at the winning end. If you know people who are willing to get associated with you, start a brokerage firm and embark the journey of becoming a millionaire.
6. Coming to the trader’s job, I am a trader hence telling, it’s one of the highest paying jobs I have ever come across. Gives a lot of money provided you enter the markets with proper learning. Moreover, all round globe there are traders who are filthy rich!

So, these were a few ways to get rich without having a tech startup. There are some other ways too like-

1. Becoming a fashion Designer.
2. Opening up a hedge fund.
3. Opening a cosmetics chain.
4. Running a good restaurant chain.
5. Inventing a life saving drug and get a patent for it.
6. Marrying a rich person ( *fun)
