ABEC offers Project Management (PM) service to manage the process of the development stage before construction. 

We intend to define our strategy in all its innovative projects as a way of setting our vision. Therefore, we envision and advocate for the best innovative projects for our clients through our strategic planning. 

ABEC’s Playbook is a step-by-step design thinking process to deliver innovative projects.

The project's innovative vision sets a clear, captivating strategic plan. It answers the following questions: What is the vision of the project? Who will need to use it? What will be the user experience of the project? What services & amenities will they use? What are the innovative techniques and smart solutions to offer? How are we planning to carry out our innovative project?

The process of the financial feasibility analysis is carried out by a specialised team in ABEC that considers all current and future expenses in order for us to provide our clients an excellent and fully integrated project management service. 

After the strategy process is delivered, the design process is initiated. In order for ABEC to produce innovative projects some points should be put into consideration. Thus, one of ABEC’s objectives is managing the design process from inception until license drawing package. 

The way this process takes place is by advising and selecting the right consultants for concepts and detailing, supporting the negotiation and reviewing contracts before agreement. 

Throughout the design process we review the submittals, coordinate all disciplines, submit final coordinated packages in building information models (BIM) and provide value engineering solutions, thus it takes place simultaneously as we intend to offer excellent quality of project management to our clients. 

Simultaneously, our project management team works on managing the regulatory process to get the license approval. This process includes getting the approvals for the initial concept, architecture, structural and civil defense. 

As the process of the first phase (PM) is accomplished, the second phase of the project which is Tendering and Construction takes place. 

ABEC's team holds the duty of structuring innovatively whilst providing a fully integrated project management service.
