If you’ve been in sales, you relearned the ABCs you were taught in school to the extent that whenever you encounter the first three letters of the alphabet, your brain responds with the phrase “Always be Closing”.

I respectfully submit that you need to retrain your brain to change that to “Always be Connecting”. In today’s world, connections translate into communication that ends in closure and commission.

As we work through this pandemic holiday season, we are mindful that for the moment connections are best kept digital. 

Resourceful rainmakers don’t view that as a problem, but rather an opportunity.
