ABCs Of ADCs

Back-to-back episodes of the Business of Biotech found us talking ADCs with two biotech builders on opposite ends of the continuum last month. On episode 203, Mythic Therapeutics, Inc. CSO Brian Fiske , Ph.D. painted the picture of his company’s early efforts, focusing on Mythic’s buildout as it develops an ADC pipeline. The following week, Daiichi Sankyo , Inc. CEO Ken Keller offered the story of a mature and well-resourced company’s pivot into the space back when ADCs weren’t yet cool again – a pivot that helped incite the modality’s resurgence.
