Abby Health's Big Year: Our Growth, New Ideas, and Making a Difference

As 2023 comes to an end, I've been thinking a lot about how far Abby Health has come. It's been a year full of growth, new ideas, and sticking to our mission of free, accessible, and quality preventative healthcare.

Substantial Growth and Expansion

This year, Abby Health grew a lot – by over 100%. But it's not just about the numbers. It's about how hard our team has worked. We now have more than 10 full-time employees and over 50 part-time staff, each bringing their own skills and passion.

Geographical and Service Expansion

We've started working in countries like Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, and Zambia. This has let us almost double the number of our health events, taking our message of easy-to-get and preventive healthcare further. We've not just grown in where we work but also in what we offer, reaching more people with our health solutions.

Sustainable Growth and Partnerships

We've come a long way without outside investors, which means we've had to be smart about how we grow. We've teamed up with big retailers, which has really helped us get out there more. Since 2019, we've also been working with the public health sector, and by 2024, we're looking to help over 5 million people, showing our commitment to healthcare for everyone.

Innovating with Tele-consultations

A big step forward in 2023 was starting tele-consultations. This new service has made it easier for Abby users to get the right healthcare and the right time. It's great to see how this has helped us make a bigger impact.

Abby Health Cloud: Advanced Intelligence in Reporting

We've improved Abby Health Cloud this year. It's a system that gives real-time, detailed reports to our clients – we call this Abby Intelligence. It lets us give people health advice that's right for them. For instance, some places might refer people with obesity to dietitians, and others might use WhatsApp to help people with high blood pressure. This shows how we're committed to health care that's right for each person.

Occupational Health and Wellness

We've experienced significant growth in the occupational health and wellness sector, offering comprehensive health solutions tailored to workplace needs. This expansion underlines our dedication to holistic well-being in various professional environments.
