Abacus Weighment Application
SAP Business One records goods receipts and issues in any warehouse and allows you to track your stock transfers from one warehouse to another.
Abacus has developed integrated solution providing cutting edge benefit to accurately manage warehouse stock movements from weighing machines/weighing scales. Normally company’s requirement is to monitor the “Inward” & “Outward” stock used to pass from heavy weighing scales or loaded on the vehicles.
Abacus “Weighment Application” is an external application used to integrate inventory processes with SAP Business One and can capture the loaded vehicles information to post automated “Goods Receipt” & “Deliveries” after calculating vehicle(s) gross and tare weights.
- Inwards/Gross: Inward represents any vehicle is attempting 1st weight in the factory.
- Outward/Tare: Outward represents any vehicle is attempting 2nd weight in the factory and ready for dispatch.
- SAP B1 Integration Points: System used to post inventory transactions based on Purchase Order, Delivery Order or independent weighment for "Stock-In" our "Stock Out".
- Off-Line support: Abacus Weighment application managing external database and integration to support offline-data entry in case factory area is disconnected from SAP Business Server.
- Camera Integration: Application is fully integrated with IP camera, installed to capture vehicle picture during Inward & Outward transaction(s).
- Weighing Scale Integration: Integrated with weighing terminal scale which supports direct PLC or PC communication interfaces or digital I/O control.
