Empowering talent has always been a core value at ABA, and supporting this through education is at the heart of what we do.

That is why we are proud to sponsor and collaborate with vocational high schools like Topkap? Sur Okullar to establish ABA Academy.

ABA Academy focuses on delving into practical subjects such as CNC machining, technical part drawing reading, and various technical education on tools. Here, they gain invaluable real-life experience that prepares them for their future careers.

Only the most exceptional and dedicated high-school sophomores are chosen to participate in the ABA Academy. Our selection panel includes esteemed educators from Topkapi Sur Okullari, along with ABA's Head of CNC Department and Head of HR.

Approximately 30 students are handpicked to receive specialized education aimed at honing the skills necessary to excel in their technical careers. Throughout the year, they benefit from the insights and expertise of ABA Automotive's engineering and CNC departments, who frequently serve as guest instructors.

The ABA Academy offers a comprehensive two-year curriculum. During their junior year, students receive traditional technical schooling, while their senior year is dedicated to gaining real-world experience through internships arranged upon completion of the junior year.

Topkapi Sur Okullari plays a pivotal role in providing students with access to state-of-the-art laboratories, enabling them to participate in hands-on experiences. Additionally, ABA Academy students have the unique opportunity to visit ABA Automotive factories multiple times a year, further enriching their learning journey.
