Wisk has expanded its leadership in Los Angeles and the industry with the region’s first public air taxi flights and discussions with local and city officials.
Wisk became the first eVTOL air taxi company to fly in the greater Los Angeles Area with the launch of test flights at Long Beach Airport. The test flights provided the opportunity for Wisk to conduct autonomous flight operations in a complex, real-world commercial airport environment, alongside other passenger airline operations.?
SkyDrive has been chosen by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) for the Next-Generation Air Mobility Field of the Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Promotion Project (SBIR Phase3).?
SkyDrive has been granted around 12.4 billion yen (approximately $82.7 million) which will support the development of innovative technologies aimed at enhancing future social implementation, including reducing traffic congestion and lower emissions.

Lilium has opened private sales of its eVTOL jets in the U.S. market, in partnership with EMCJET , a full-service aircraft brokerage and management company.
EMCJET is set to be the exclusive Lilium dealer in Texas through 2030 for private sales. Under the terms of the partnership, which includes a commercial commitment to Lilium for five production slots, EMCJET will enable individuals to purchase some of the first Lilium Pioneer Edition Jets available in the U.S. market.
