In the movie "Three Idiots," the character Rancho famously says, "Aal izz well." This mantra aims to trick the mind into staying calm and positive, even in the most trying circumstances, making recovery possible. The biggest manifestation of "Aal izz well" is that you tend to smile.
Life is a rollercoaster. One moment you're soaring high, arms outstretched, feeling invincible, and the next, you're plunging into a valley of uncertainties, gripping the safety bar for dear life. But amidst all the ups and downs, there’s one accessory you should never forget to carry: your smile.
Why Smile?
A smile is more than just a curve that sets everything straight. It’s a universal language, a powerful expression that transcends words and cultural barriers. Here’s why you should always walk with a smile, no matter what life throws at you.
