AA Big Book and the Doctor's Letter
I'm posting the link to the "Doctor's Opinion" part of the AA Big Book here.
The "Doctor's Opinion" is written by an MD who experienced tremendous failure in treating alcoholics until the development of the AA 12-step program.
His letter is a tremendous endorsement of AA and is the earliest feedback about the importance of this incredible, free, and effective support system for alcoholics and all those dealing with compulsive issues.
I ask all my clients dealing with compulsive issues, like watching porn and substance abuse to read and learn about how to use the 12 steps. Although it's not for everyone, I have found the 12 steps to be enormously helpful.
I hope someone out there takes a look and find some inspiration to read more.
