There are three main groups of expenses. Cash operating costs, non-cash operating costs, and travelers costs related to the number of boarded passengers. Assumptions: A350-900, 19h round trip, 331 seats in three classes.
CASH OPERATING COSTS
Fuel burn calculated at 5,700 kgs/hour at rate $610 per tons. Maintenance cost covers future maintenance at the rate of $1,142. Captain's salary is $200 per hour, F/O at $120, and cabin crew at $25. Navigation + landing + servicing at $789 per hour.?
On top of that add $520 for accommodation and allowances for the crew per crew member.
NON-CASH OPERATING COSTS
The lease rate per round trip hits $36,685. Insurance per trip is $3,669.
PASSENGER COSTS
Add $72 per passenger for food & drink, IFE, and disposable.
The bottom line. $10,259 is the price that the airline pays per flight hour without boarded passengers.

3 年That gives you an average CASK less than $0.04. You have a pretty decent margin to break even at 70% load factor just selling economy class below $900 round trip ticket. You still have plenty of margin with belly cargo, business and first class seats.
