  • Influencing skills – how to get your message across to your relationship pools
  • Effective communication – using the transactional analysis model – we explore how to form relationships in an adult to adult way
  • Feedback and goal adjustment: Refine your initial goals based on learnings and progress.

Module 4:? Embracing the Team

  • Celebrating teamwork: Collaborative projects and team-building activities.
  • Internal networking: Connect with colleagues across departments and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Giving and receiving feedback: Learn to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively.
  • Peer recognition and appreciation: Cultivate a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Module 5: Managing Change

  • The emotional change curve – You are at the exploration / integration stage of the change curve now
  • Situational assessment (the 5 C’s)
  • How to ask for and receive feedback

  • Risk assessment
  • Evaluate your progress and set goals for the coming months.

Module 6:? Setting Your Goals / Creating Your Strategic Plan

  • How to create your department / function strategic plan
  • How to present your strategic plan
  • Performance review and goal setting: Evaluate your progress and set ambitious goals for the coming months.
  • Celebration and reflection: Celebrate your achievements and reflect on your learnings from the first 90 days.
