Some may schedule their annual physical exam to confirm all internal systems are functioning properly. Some may also take their automobiles to professionals for a diagnostic check to ensure no hidden problems exist . Much like our annual physical and automobile diagnostics, it is time to check the integrity of your Building Automation System (BAS) and its ability to maintain efficiency goals and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) expectations.
Thanks to the power of Cloud Data Analytics and Advanced Sensor Technology, McMac Cx in conjunction with our BuildingIQ and Senseware Partners, is able to offer a first of its kind, immediately deployable service that checks your building's health, efficiency and productivity potential.
What we provide:
- Confirmation that the places where we live, learn, work and play are healthy, efficiency and productive.
How we do this:
- McMac Cx will come to your site and connect our BuildingIQ Site Device to your existing BAS,
- McMac Cx will provide sixty (60) days of continuous monitoring of all available Building Automation System data points, schedules and alarms,
- McMac Cx will provide two (2) diagnostic reports, one at 30 and one at the 60 day mark,
- McMac Cx will provide prioritized recommendations on how to address Building Automation System opportunities,
- McMac Cx will provide a comprehensive report on your Building’s Annual fifteen (15) minute electrical energy data,
- McMac Cx will deploy our Audited IAQ Sensor Package (Temperature, Humidity, CO2, Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) and Particulate Matter (PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10) for thirty (30) days. Our professional continuous IAQ monitoring package provides a transparent portal to your productivity potential via a customized cloud based dashboard, alarms and automatic notifications. McMac Cx will also include eight (8) hours of diagnostic time to help resolve any identified IAQ improvement opportunities. No BAS Connection needed.
Your commitment:
- Nominal $2,500 one-time fee.
Our commitment:
- No upfront obligation to continue with services after the diagnostic period.
- If we cannot identify three (3) times the annual saving of our fee ($7,500) we will return your original $2,500.
Fine Print: Buildings must be capable of connecting to our Site Device through open BACnet IP protocol.
