9th year in a row being six pack lean
If you look around you’ll find 1000’s of photos from fitness coaches and fitness models that are in better shape than I am.
Whether it’s more ripped or more jacked, you'll find many for each category.
What I’ve found over the years though, is that 99% of them can’t sustain their physique level all year round.
They get super lean in summer, then they balloon up 30 pounds the other 10 months.
The system they use is very effective in the short run, but unsustainable in the long run.
And unfortunately, that’s what they teach their clients.
Why look great for 8 weeks and then look soft the rest of the year?
Why not look great all year long?
The reason I’m able to see my abs all year round is not because I am on some drugs.
I'm not a fan of needles and pills and stay far away from those.
It’s also not that I have some crazy fast metabolism.
Many of the clients I work with have a way faster metabolism than I have.
It’s because my system is sustainable.
3 meals a day.

3 workouts a week.
30-45min per workout.
That makes it 6h-9h of working out per month.
That’s all it takes for me to stay in shape using the Kinetic Method.
When people read that, they initially don’t believe me and think it's a lot more complex.
What they overlook is that it’s not primarily about those 3 meals a day and the 3x30-45min workouts a week.
It’s what happens WITHIN those 3 meals and those 3 workouts that makes all the difference
And it’s what allows this system to be so sustainable.
As my client Aaron Miller, who’s been with me for close to 4 years now, says: "The Kinetic Method delivers the results other programs promise."
I don’t care how much weight you can lose in 8, 12 or 16 weeks.
And how ripped you can be for summer.
Can you sustain it the next 5 summers? How about the next 10?
That’s the real question you should be asking yourself before starting any program.
And if the answer is no, then what’s the point of even starting?
