Because a prototype often gives you better insights than even the best PowerPoint deck. Also, you’re not just building prototypes—you’re sharpening your skills to adapt to the AI-driven future.

1. AI Tools for product managers - What Andrew Ng Says

Ng (AI legend!) explains that the explosion of GenAI tools has created opportunities for non-technical product managers to lead the charge in building AI-powered applications.

“It’s increasingly possible for a PM, who might not be a software engineer, to try prompting—or write just small amounts of code—to get an initial sense of feasibility.”

Using tools like Replit, Vercel’s V0, and Anthropic’s Artifacts, even people with zero coding background can start experimenting. Want to dive deeper? Here’s the link to his newsletter.

I personally tested v0, working regularly with Claude's Artifacts and recently, I tried Windsurfer. While windsurfer requires a bit more experience, it offers impressive capabilities once you get the hang of it.

2. How to start? Take one of these actions

1. Join a one-day-challenge club. I recently joined sundai.club, a community where people meet every Sunday near MIT to launch AI products. It’s all about rapid prototyping—and how much you can achieve in just one day is amazing. Want to try something today? Ask me if there is something like that nearby.
2. Learn with Andrew Ng and join this class: Building toward Computer Use with Anthropic
3. Log into v0: Build a website from scratch or start with some templates provided.

3. Inspiration - Some LLM applications

A) Open ChatGPT and select "ChatGPT-4o with scheduled tasks"

Enter for example. "Send me a list of key AI news stories every Sunday at 8 AM. Highlight their significance for robotics." (Great example I got from Superhuman NL!).

But be careful how news is summarized! Apple temporarily halted its AI-generated news summary feature after inaccuracies were reported, including false headlines about public figures and events.

B) If your email inbox is overloaded and you’re using Copilot,

you might wanna try this: "Summarize unread emails from this week and highlight any with action items or deadlines." (also by Superhuman NL!).

Rapid Prototyping steht im Fokus – und es ist beeindruckend, wie viel man in nur einem Tag erreichen kann. M?chtest du etwas ?hnliches ausprobieren? Frag mich, ob es in deiner N?he so etwas gibt.
• Lerne mit Andrew Ng: Nimm an seinem Kurs Building Toward Computer Use with Anthropic teil.
• Starte mit v0: Bau eine Website von Grund auf oder nutze die bereitgestellten Vorlagen.

3. Inspiration – LLM-Anwendungen für deinen Alltag

A) ?ffne ChatGPT und w?hle ?ChatGPT-4o mit geplanten Aufgaben - scheduled tasks“.

Beispiel: ?Sende mir jeden Sonntag um 8 Uhr eine Liste mit den wichtigsten KI-Nachrichten. Hebe die Relevanz für Robotik hervor.“ (Idee von Superhuman NL!)

Aber Vorsicht bei der Zusammenfassung von Nachrichten! Apple musste sein Feature für KI-generierte News-Zusammenfassungen vorübergehend stoppen, nachdem falsche Schlagzeilen gemeldet wurden.

B) Wenn dein Postfach überquillt und du Copilot nutzt: Probier doch mal: ?Fasse ungelesene E-Mails dieser Woche zusammen und markiere E-Mails mit To-Dos und Fristen.“ (ebenfalls inspiriert von Superhuman NL).
