Workplace Bullying is meant to be addressed using the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Sadly, Government's regulator, Worksafe NZ has never prosecuted a single case regardless of how much psychological and physical health harm has been caused to the bullied worker.
James Hilford and I were interviewed on TVNZ 1 News 4 years ago highlighting that fact and yet nothing has changed since.
The Education and Workforce Committee have confirmed the schedule: Hearing of evidence ( 11 May, 9.20am - 10.00am )
