After witnessing this devastating terror attack unfold in real-time on US soil from the network operations center of our VOIP network in Grand Parie Texas, I went to the site to help re-establish communications for those affected. The experience is indelibly etched in my memory—the sights, sounds, and even the smells are something I will never forget.
