At Salto Dee Fe, we believe in breaking barriers and reshaping leadership. That’s why we created the #LeadLikeHer program—a transformative journey rooted in research-driven themes that empower women to not only claim their seat at the table but to lead with confidence, shaping an ecosystem that reflects their values while naturally opening doors to new opportunities.

Therefore, when we partnered with one of India’s leading telecom company we knew we had to make a difference.

Here's how we did it:

01. The Problem Statement

  • The client was committed to embracing an inclusive culture to provide adequate opportunities and exposure for its women leaders.
  • To understand their context, we began with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with various stakeholders to identify key focus areas such as crafting a personal brand, executive presence, networking, and more.

02. The Solution

  • The journey began with a virtual learning center featuring tools like psychometrics and a unique well-being assessment, enabling participants to embark on their self-awareness journey, gain deeper insights into their strengths, and identify key areas for development.
  • Moving ahead, we conducted a 3-day in-person immersive workshop aimed at deepening critical leadership skills like executive presence, networking, and personal brand crafting.
  • To ensure lasting impact, we created a five-week, application-based journey where participants formed teams, developed innovative projects and solutions, and presented them to business leaders. Solidifying their learnings from the session to real-world scenarios.

03. The Outcome

  • We saw some successful and innovative projects and solutions that even reached the implementation hub.
  • Participants were able to craft their personal brand, navigate relationships within their internal and external ecosystems, build a strong network, and chart their career journeys.
