90 Days of Data-Driven Optimization: My WHOOP/ChatGPT Journey & Unlocking Fat Burn with VO2 Max
For those joining my journey for the first time, this is an update following my initial 60-day experience article where I shared how I’ve been using WHOOP and ChatGPT to optimize my health. In this 90-day update, I’m building on those insights with new data from tests like VO2 Max and RMR to take my fitness and metabolic health to the next level.
The Role of WHOOP in My Journey So Far
WHOOP continues to be a central part of my health optimization strategy. Over the past 90 days, WHOOP has helped me refine key aspects of my performance. By monitoring strain, recovery, and sleep, I’ve been able to avoid overtraining and better understand my body’s responses to stress and recovery.
