10 个月I read with interest the debate on flexible work hours and working from home, I have many questions regarding this new approach. People blame Covit for creating a working-from-home scenario. It was a decision made to overcome a fiasco created by a few. if the buying company buyer has a different flexible time to the seller's time? How shall they discuss and come to a conclusive result? How will the production side of a company accept an administrative support infrastructure not being there when needed or having to discuss a situation over the phone or if the person is on their off time during the normal 8-hour day. ? How will those on flexy hours react to an emergency? Emergencies are not planned.! How does management ensure the staff are actually working an 8-hour day or for that matter if in sales are they also allowed to work flexing hours? What of international companies How will these flexible hours affect inter-continent business transactions ie USA to the Far East It seems to me we have more questions than answers.
