Pls remove service head who don't t have leadership skills quality and spoiled brand name as well

Service Head don't have leadership quality

It is very disheartening that Panasonic India doesn’t bother about their customers. Recently I bought an AC which immediately after 02 days stopped working and have been complaining since then. My complaint was closed at the customer care without any resolution. On contacting Pravin (9691889966) who was at the dealer store (employee of Panasonic India) he is giving vague answers “that is not his job to resolve the error. I got the contact number of the service head MP Mr. Abhishek Jain (9319767537) who never responds on call. After following up with all of them I finally had to visit the dealer where I was given the contact number of Mr. Pawan Dubey (7228015325) who is not really helpful rather he started agruing stating it is not his job. It has been more than 4 days since then I am not able to get a resolution. After this experience I would never encourage anyone to buy Panasonic products.
