9 Morning Routines For CEO′s And Leaders To Increase Productivity and Decision making
What would your life be like if you made use of all the potential that you were offered?
As CEOs and leaders, many face problems like stress anxiety or have biases in decision making. It is a hurdle not only for business but also in personal life. Having a perfect balance and high-performance morning routine is the remedy to those problems
It′s extremely difficult to achieve that and only a few of us manage to attain that, or is it?

Try to include these routines when you wake up to have a happier and more successful life:
1-Wake up before 5 am:
Well if you are a late sleeper you will already find problems here. But I would ask you why would you not wake up early?
Remember that you get a jump on the day and nobody is awake yet. Even if you are in a couple more often than not you will be alone as well, so it gives you the opportunity to get things done for yourself and prepare yourself to attack the day on your terms
2-Count to 3 and roll-out of bed: Don′t waste time we only at the start:
There is a mechanism within our brain that blocks us from feeling discomfort and in this case, leaving the bed in the morning can be a mental hurdle for our mind especially when we didn't sleep well.
But the good news that we can trick it! By waking up directly and with excitement we start building our energetic momentum
3-Do your bed:
Your room is an externalization of your mind! It may be not how you think things work but trust me it is. And that I can share with you after 1 year of leaning and organizing my room every day it improved my mood and increased my creativity. So start to discipline yourself and do that bed!
4-Brush your teeth:
Should I specify why? Consult your dentist if not.
5-Meditate for 15 minutes:
Either on youtube or apps, you will find many guided meditations. I would advise you to start with Wim Hof breathing technique as it helps a lot oxygenating your brain and reducing stress and anxiety. You will be shocked by the results. Even scientists are studying his case.
6-Go for a run:
No matter the weather go out and do a small run based on your body performance. Usually, within this time, I listen to some podcasts like The Joe Rogan Podcast, Jay Shetty or the school of greatness.
7-Get a shower and your breakfast:
Get a well-balanced breakfast or If you′re doing intermittent fasting I would take some coconut oil with a sugarless coffee and some vitamines to have energy throughout the morning
8-Morning Affirmations:
Now that our body is ready to let′s put the last touches on our mind to get focused and passionate. Sit in front of a mirror or use or phone and answer these ideas out loud: Who are you? What are your goals in life? at work? in your relationships? Which kind of person do you want to become?
As silly as it sounds it′s one of the most powerful tools to envision your vision
9-Check your mails and your social media :
Even for me, this one is hard to maintain sometimes as the urge of checking something wins. But nonetheless now and now only go online: Start by reading and answering your mail and messages. Plan your day and adjust to anything that came up. Take time to research your audience and your passions.
