Do you have the Qualities to be a Hotel General Manager yet??First ask yourself – Do You have the 4 Important Qualities every Senior Hotel Manager should possess?
1.???Do You have the ability to execute a Vision?
Senior Managers build a strategic vision and break it down into a roadmap for their team to follow.
2.???Are You a Process Manager?
Senior Managers have the authority to establish work rules, processes, standards, and operating procedures.
3.???Do You have the ability to Direct?
Senior Managers are responsible for day-to-day efforts while reviewing necessary resources, and anticipating needs to make changes along the way.
4.???Are You People Focused?
Senior Managers are known to look after and cater to the needs of the people they are responsible for: listening to them, involving them in certain key decisions, and accommodating reasonable requests for change to contribute to increased productivity.

5. Future Focused – Do You knows where you stand, where you want to go and tend to involve your team in charting a future path and direction?
6. Inspiration – Are You usually inspirational and help your team understand their own roles in a bigger context?
7. Honesty and Integrity – Do You have people who believe you and walk by your side down the path you set?
8. Communication Skills – Will You always keep your team informed about what’s happening, currently and in the future - along with any obstacles that stand in their way?
9. Ability to Challenge – Do You challenge the status quo. Whilst doing things and solving problems do you usually have the ability to think outside the box?
