There are 9 different kinds of tools for optimizing ASP.NET performance

Last night I decided to write a blog post about all the different types of tools that developers have at their disposal for troubleshooting application performance problems. My list started with just 3 different types of tools but ended up being 9!

I started out with a standard code profiler, APM, and Windows performance counters. But as I started writing I kept thinking about more and more types of tools. Please check out my blog post to read all the details including the pros and cons of each!
