8urnout To 8usiness

"I know someone who could help you" my colleague said as I was fighting the knot in my throat, trying desperately to be professional and stop crying.

I was familiar with the annoying crying - it had been happening every day for 4 months. I would cry about everything. Losing my focus, "so many projects", not having enough time, you name it. It was always at the ready, the floodgates very brittle and leaking constantly.

It's 2 years later and I can honestly say I am genuinely inspired by my life. I've never had a stronger brain than I do now, I'm the sole owner of my time, I make decisions swiftly and without fear of regret. I've never been richer. I've never been more calm, more focused, more motivated, more loving, more compassionate, more selfish in the best way.

On top of it all, I finally know what it means to be rested.

The 2 years weren't easy. I knew that going in. But there wasn't much of an alternative at the time.

In those 2 years, I

  1. Navigated my way out of a Burnout I now purposefully take full responsibility for,
  2. Renovated a 100sqm apartment in Vienna, coordinated renovations for my house and fixed up my pool,
  3. Created an employee retention program to help companies keep their Women* in STEM,
  4. Completed a 6-month coaching certification at The Life Coach School,
  5. And learned the skill of thinking with intention.

How?

In short, I got coached.

I learned to manage my mind. I learned how to leverage overwhelm. I learned a BUNCH of skills I want to share with you over the next 8 days.

This isn't just another journey of self-pity, blame and woo-universe-connection. This is a journey of responsibility, introspection and genuine guidance for those of you who

  1. Never seem to have enough time
  2. Truly want to love their job and don't know how to deal with the resentment towards it
  3. Want guidance and love a challenge.

And you're invited. I'm so excited you're here.
