888vc is the cross border accelerator with a peer network of investors based in the United States, Singapore, India, and UAE who invests in seed and early-stage technology startups. We collaborate closely with startups, serving as their growth partners, run syndicates and assist them in scaling across the globe.?

GetCrest.ai

Crest, an Automated Demand Planning Tool for D2C brands and Online Businesses, has garnered significant attention for its effective solutions in streamlining supply chain operations through inventory and replenishment planning.

888vc? participated in Crest's pre-seed funding round alongside Indian Angels Network ,PointOne Capital, Faad Network Pvt. Ltd and well-known founders of companies such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Pickrr, Smytten, Samosa Party, and Sirona Hygiene.

With the ever-evolving digital landscape, Crest's AI-driven inventory optimization solutions for D2C e-commerce and SMBs hold immense relevance in enhancing inventory management, providing consistent customer experiences, and mitigating stockouts. Given its potential to revolutionize the e-commerce and SMB industries, we are excited to be part of Crest's expansion journey.

PickMyWork

PickMyWork - India's largest digital distribution network for internet companies, is a gig platform founded in 2019 to help digital companies acquire clients through a pay-per-task model at a low customer acquisition cost.?

The startup has developed a unique approach using technology to source, train, and manage agents who help acquire clients for these companies. PickMyWork has focused on presenting tasks from internet companies as gig-earning opportunities to underemployed youth. By doing so, they provide employment opportunities to the youth and enable digital companies to acquire clients cost-effectively.?

SOSV's Orbit Startups led a $1 million seed round for the startup. Soonicorn Ventures, Upaya Social Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, Venture Catalyst, Mumbai Angels, 888vc Network, Imperier Holdings, and WeFounderCircle were among the notable investors who took part in the round.

888vc hosted an "Investors Meet-up" in Chennai. The event brought together start-ups who presented their businesses to an audience of industry leaders, corporate professionals, angel investors, VC professionals, HNIs, and others.

Following the presentations, attendees could network and connect. The event was an excellent opportunity to meet intelligent individuals and exchange insights on the startup ecosystem, deep tech, SaaS, agritech, and health tech.
